New $80 Street Fighter II gaming watch brings arcade battles, gold detailing and retro collectables

Street Fighter II is making its way onto a wristwatch, with a new gaming wearable that combines the classic fighting game with fitness tracking and arcade-inspired design.
The latest release from My Play Watch is available for pre-order in the US for $79.99, with shipping expected to begin in December 2026. Unlike conventional smartwatches that rely on smartphone connectivity, the device is designed as a standalone gaming watch.
Street Fighter II battles arrive on a touchscreen watch
The main attraction is a playable, arcade-inspired adaptation of Street Fighter II, featuring the eight original World Warriors. Players can take part in battles using the watch's touchscreen, bringing the arcade-inspired experience to a considerably smaller display.
The watch also features audio from the original arcade game, reinforcing its retro gaming appeal.
Alongside the game, the device offers fitness-tracking functions, including step counting, heart-rate monitoring and active-calorie tracking, making it more than a miniature arcade machine worn on the wrist. However, it does not support Bluetooth, Wi-Fi or smartphone pairing, distinguishing it from more conventional connected wearables.
Gold-finished details and interchangeable straps
The Street Fighter II edition also draws on the game's visual identity. Its design incorporates 14-karat gold-finished accents, while two themed silicone straps are included to give buyers different styling options.
The combination of gaming functionality and collectible detailing positions the watch primarily as a novelty wearable for Street Fighter enthusiasts rather than a direct competitor to mainstream smartwatches.
Pre-orders open ahead of December release
The Street Fighter II gaming watch is priced at $79.99 in the US, with pre-orders open ahead of an anticipated December 2026 shipping window.
According to the official announcement, early pre-orders also qualify for a Street Fighter-themed display stand while supplies last.
For buyers, its main appeal is the ability to play a familiar arcade-inspired fighting game directly on the wrist. The absence of wireless connectivity may limit its usefulness as an everyday smartwatch, but its self-contained gaming functionality and themed accessories give it a different focus.
