Peripherals maker NZXT recently announced that their gamer-centric audio lineup is headed to India. Three parts, the AER hi-res headphones, the MIXR audio station, and the STND headphone stand will be up for pre-order "soon."

NZXT announced the imminent arrival of its gamer-centric audio lineup in the Indian market. While the parts are set to reach Indian gamers soon, Indian prices have yet to be announced. We've contacted NZXT for details on Indian pricing and will update you accordingly.

Until recently, the company focused on pre-built PCs, cooling, cases, and peripherals. They've made limited forays into the PSU and motherboard segments too. The move to audio hardware is a measured step forward: gamer-centric audio equipment is something that NZXT's core PC gaming audience is likely to be in the market for.

The audio lineup comprises of the AER headset, the STND headphone stand, and MXER, an audio control station. NZXT's Product Manager Patrick Butler described these parts as "Elegant solutions to common audio issues."

The AER headsets come in open and closed-back designs. They are high-res audio certified, with a lightweight build to reduce fatigue. They're priced at US$129.99.

The MIXR audio control station allows gamers to accurately mix voice and game audio channels at high quality. MIXR enhances audio quality with a built-in 24-bit Wolfson DAC. It is priced at US$99.99.

STND, the third item in NZXT's audio lineup, is a headphone stand with an all-steel frame. It's priced at US$49.99.

NZXT has yet to give us specific availability dates. They mentioned that models in the audio lineup will be available for pre-order "soon."

Our AER headset in particular is like a Swiss Army knife — users can easily transition from gaming to listening to music in public, swap their mic and cable to be on the left or right side, and choose from open or closed-back designs.”
