When Motorola opened pre-orders for the Razr Ultra last month, it was offering a free storage upgrade for buyers. What this meant was if you pre-ordered the 512GB version, you get the 1TB version instead. While the phone is now available to buy now, the deal seems to be back, sort of, or maybe it never ended in the first place.
As at the time of writing, Motorola is selling the 1TB version of the Razr Ultra for $1,299.99, $200 off its original price tag of $1,499.99. This discounted price is the same price the 512GB version sells for on Amazon. Interestingly, the 512GB version is listed as out of stock on Motorola's own website. The discount applies to all the color options, save for the Pantone Mountain Trail variant which has a wooden finish but is listed as out of stock.
The Motorola Razr Ultra a.k.a. Razr 60 Ultra is Motorola's flagship foldable for 2025. Powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite, it has a 7.0-inch foldable LTPO AMOLED display with a 165Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 4,500 nits. The 4.0-inch cover display is also an LTPO AMOLED panel with a 165Hz refresh rate but a peak brightness of 3,000 nits and Gorilla Glass Ceramic protection.
Alongside Qualcomm's processor is 16GB of RAM while the storage is UFS 4.0. The Razr Ultra also has dual 50MP rear cameras, one of which is an ultrawide angle camera. The front-facing camera is also a 50MP sensor and it can record in 4K at 60 frames per second.
The Razr Ultra has an IP48 dust and water resistant rating, stereo speakers, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, and a 4,700mAh battery capacity. It supports 68W fast wired charging, taking the phone from empty to full in just 40 minutes. It also supports 30W fast wireless charging, and 5W reverse wired charging. Unfortunately, Motorola doesn't ship it with a charger. The phone runs Android 15 out of the box with features such as Moto AI, Moto Secure, and Smart Connect.
