Deal | Motorola Edge (2022) smartphone with 144Hz OLED display and big 5,000 mAh battery drops to lowest price ever on Amazon
The Lenovo-owned smartphone manufacturer Motorola is not exactly the force it has been during the age of flip phones, however, the Chicago-based brand still offers some noteworthy Android-based handsets with respectable price-performance ratios these days. More specifically, devices like the Motorola Edge from the 2022 model year are a particularly good choice once they receive significant clearance sale discounts.
This is now the case on Amazon, which is where last year's Motorola Edge can currently be ordered for just US$249.99, which is the result of a substantial discount of US$350 or 58 percent in relation to the original list price. Furthermore, Camelcamelcamel's price tracker illustrates that this OLED smartphone deal undercuts Amazon's previous all-time low by additional US$50. Most importantly, this sale applies to the unlocked model variant of the Motorola Edge, which is compatible with all major mobile providers in the United States.
Considering this affordable price point, the Android smartphone has some decent technical specifications including an extremely smooth 144Hz OLED display with a 1080p resolution and 6.6-inch screen diagonal. Moreover, the Motorola Edge 2022 is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1050 SoC with 8GB of memory and 256GB of internal mass storage. Unfortunately, this handset does not have a 3.5mm headphone jack, and it does not come with an microSD card slot or Dual-SIM functionality either. Still, bargain hunters who don't necessarily need these features may want to consider this intriguing smartphone deal.
