Microsoft may soon bring more mainstream Windows 10 Mobile smartphones to market including the Lumia 850 Honjo.

The flagship Lumia 950 and 950 XL were revealed in early October, but a number of rumors have surfaced since then on additional Lumia smartphones catered to the budget and mainstream markets. Renders of the supposed Lumia 850 "Honjo" have again leaked online and may confirm previous leaks from @OnLeaks.

The "Honjo" codename was previously thought to refer to both the Lumia 850 and 850 XL. However, markets observers believe that Microsoft has canceled plans for at least one Lumia 850 model or may be dropping the name altogether.

Consequently, the new renders from @EvLeaks have dropped the 850 name altogether and are listed as "Lumia XXX 2016". It is possible that Microsoft will market the smartphones under a different naming convention. The "Lumia 850" designation has been a popular fan-favorite when referring to these unconfirmed leaks.

Lumia's next mainstream Windows 10 Mobile smartphone - whatever it may be called - is expected to carry a Snapdragon 410 SoC with 1 GB RAM.
