Mihogo One: New folding bike with a long range
Mihogo has unveiled the One, a new e-bike characterized by its extreme, yet manageable range. Navigation is also possible via the compact display.

Attentive readers may already be familiar with bike manufacturer Mihogo, which recently teased a new electric bike. The company has not yet fully revealed all the details of the new model, but has provided information on the main specifications of the new e-bike.

The Mihogo One is a bicycle that can be folded up and taken along on public transport or in a car. Both the frame and the handlebars can be folded down. The manufacturer puts particular emphasis on the fact that the possible maximum range is an impressive 270 kilometers, which is made possible by taking or integrating a second battery

The battery supplies a hub wheel motor with power, so users have to do without the benefits of a mid-motor, although the motor is supposed to be controlled by a torque sensor. The power output is stated as 750 watts. The disc brakes can be seen, which promise reliable and, if necessary, powerful deceleration. The front fork is suspended, which promises a more comfortable ride.

A 2.4-inch IPS display is installed, which is said to be able to display turn-by-turn directions. 120 lumen lighting, mudguards and particularly wide tires from Kenda are intended to make the e-bike versatile, along with a luggage rack. Information on price or availability is yet to be released. Financing is to take place as part of a crowdfunding campaign.
