After a long wait, Battlefield 6 (PC version around $70 on Amazon) finally launched on October 10, 2025. Despite some server hiccups and minor bugs on day one, EA’s new multiplayer shooter has been warmly received by players – and it’s already breaking records. But beyond stats and sales, it’s the epic in-game moments that are stealing the spotlight. One such highlight was shared by Reddit user u/Background_Pop_9592 on October 11.
The 11-second Reddit clip captures a jaw-dropping moment: the player jumps off a quad bike, quickly raises a sniper rifle – no scope – and fires at a jet flying past. One shot, one hit. The jet explodes mid-air as the player stands motionless, visibly stunned, watching the burning wreckage fall. The satisfying “Vehicle Destroyed” message flashes on screen – and just like that, the clip ends. You can practically feel the disbelief in the player’s reaction.
Reddit is celebrating the clip as a true “Battlefield Moment,” reminiscent of the series at its best. “It’s moments like this that make us play Battlefield,” wrote u/Eforix – a sentiment echoed by many. Commenters are also enjoying the player’s stunned reaction. “I love that double look of disbelief,” noted u/prastistransformer. Here’s hoping Battlefield 6 delivers plenty more moments like this. The fact that such clips are already surfacing so soon after launch is definitely a promising sign.
