Cancelled by Microsoft, Everwild was a promising Xbox game for many players. And recently, several images of the title were unveiled, revealing its full potential.

In recent months, Microsoft has canceled numerous games, sometimes leading to the closure of various studios. This is the case with Everwild, a promising title that will never see the light of day. However, it was considered to be the next big hit for the Xbox, as evidenced by these images revealed in a report.

Announced to the public in 2019, the game seemed to be developing at a fairly slow pace, with little news coming from Rare studio. But several events disrupted its progress, such as the changes within the management in 2021 that led to changes in the creative field.

As a result, the announcement of its cancellation often went unnoticed, but screenshots of the game may cause some players to regret this decision. Indeed, MP1st recently shared images of Everwild that come from a version close to the one that was canceled.

Thus, the user interface features six different tabs: favorites, figments, tools, mosaics, seeds, and plants. This suggests that it was possible to collect various objects or creatures in this game, not to mention that decoration and customization options were also being considered.

Other images show characters visible in both trailers for the game, as well as various settings. Finally, the character that the players were supposed to embody is also present in these images.

Some players might be disappointed that this game was canceled by seeing these images. But although nothing has been announced yet, another studio could take over in the future, bringing this promising title back to life. It will therefore be necessary to stay on the lookout for potential news on this subject.
