Prices start at around 430 Euros for the low-end SKU or up to 1000 Euros if purchased as a bundle with a Huawei Watch.

The Huawei Mate 8 was announced in late November and vendors in China will begin selling the smartphone in the next few days. An international launch, however, is currently unknown, though Huawei has not ruled out the possibility.

Two Mate 8 SKUs will be made available. The lower-end model will have 3 GB RAM and 32 GB eMMC for 3000 Yuan or about 430 Euros while the higher-end model will have 4 GB RAM and 128 GB eMMC for 4400 Yuan or about 630 Euros.

The Chinese manufacturer will also be bundling the Mate 8 with the new Huawei Watch for a total price of 6900 Yuan or nearly 1000 Euros. More details and technical information on the Mate 8 can be found on our original reveal article.

The Mate 8 has a lot to live up to as the Mate 7 proved to be popular amongst reviewers. We found the smartphone to be light and very elegant in our full review. The smartphone may officially launch in the U.S. as well with possible changes to the internal hardware.
