Honor has expanded the availability of its thin and light MagicPad 3. This new tablet was first launched in China in July 2025, and it was recently made available in the UK. Now, the company has released it in Western Europe, with the starting price being £599.99.
The tablet comes with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, which is the last-gen flagship SoC from Qualcomm. Honor has paired it with up to 16 GB RAM, and while the company launched a variant with 1 TB of storage, it seems that the Western Europe version maxes out at 512 GB.
As we noted in our launch coverage, while the SoC is somewhat an upgrade over the predecessor, the display is a downgrade. Looking back, the MagicPad 2 launched with an OLED panel, while the newer tablet features a 13.3-inch IPS display. The good part is that the refresh rate is higher, at 165 Hz instead of 144 Hz, leading to smoother visuals.
A 12,450 mAh Si/C battery powers the internals of the MagicPad 3, which is an upgrade over the 10,500 mAh battery found inside the predecessor (165 W Anker 25K power bank curr. $94.49 on Amazon). However, the charging speed remains the same. To be specific, the new tablet has support for 66 W wired fast charging and 5 W reverse wired charging.
Camera-wise, the Honor MagicPad 3 features two cameras on the back, with the primary sensor being a 13 MP shooter. It's paired with a 2 MP macro camera, while the front sports a 9 MP selfie camera.
Other notable highlights of the new tablet include a thin form factor, measuring 5.79 mm thin, a lightweight body, weighing 595 grams, an eight-speaker setup with spatial audio, and support for IMAX Enhanced. You can learn more about the MagicPad 3 from our Chinese launch coverage.
