Reviews for the Honor 50 Lite
With the 50 Lite, Honor offers a lower mid-range smartphone that operates in a highly competitive market. It aims to impress with 66-watt fast charging and a 64 MP quad-camera setup, but it also reveals a couple of weaknesses in the test.

The 50 Lite has a build quality that could be expected from larger models both at a glance and in hand. It’s difficult to fault Honor for some of the design choices it has made with this build and the few faults it does have can be easy to overlook. The main camera will provide adequate use for simple, hands-on photography but the increasing trend of quantity over quality when it comes to camera rings has let Honor down in this respect. While it can be outperformed against competing models at a similar price point, the 50 Lite is a commendable effort to bring Honor’s emphasis on full Android support to its devices since parting from Huawei. This is helped in part by its large display. Anyone hoping to find a ‘large’ phone at a markedly lower price point will find plenty to like here. Combine this with a battery that can keep up with heavy use most users will immediately reap the benefits straight out of the box.

The Honor 50 Lite smartphone appeals to the masses looking for a decent mid-range phone that brings decent features and specs according to current market needs. Plus, you’re getting decent battery life, better camera quality, and ample storage. However, there are some flaws, such as the company not informing about the processor, nor the screen offering exceptional features. It looks like everything has been invested in the battery section and there’s nothing left for performance and screen. All in all, the Honor 50 Lite is an unbalanced phone without 5G support, and if you’re just looking for decent battery life then you should definitely take a look at this phone. However, it would be difficult for us to recommend this phone to a user who is looking for a decent experience in general. Instead, you can check for the Vivo iQOO Z5x smartphone as an alternative option.

Only a few smartphones have larger screens.
Large display-sizes allow higher resolutions. So, details like letters are bigger. On the other hand, the power consumption is lower with small screen diagonals and the devices are smaller, more lightweight and cheaper.
0.192 kg:
Only few smartphones are more lightweight than this.
Honor:
In 2014 Huawei created the sub brand Honor and offers certain smartphone series under this name. Occasionally the products are also called Huawei Honor.
