Hollyland unveils 50 MP VenusLiv Air camera for creators and podcasters, featuring 4K30 RTMP live streaming, f/1.05 25mm lens, and 3-inch vertical touchscreen

Hollyland has unveiled the VenusLiv Air, a camera designed for 24/7 live streaming by creators, podcasters, and salespeople, with support for 4K30 RTMP streaming directly to two major social media platforms simultaneously, including TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, and Instagram. A specially designed body with built-in air cooling helps eliminate overheating issues, according to the company.
A 3-inch, 480p vertical touchscreen monitor can be flipped out 180 degrees to monitor shoots and control the camera. The VenusLiv Air can also be controlled using the VenusCam app for phones or the HollyStudio software for PCs. Besides Wi-Fi, the camera includes Ethernet, USB-C, and HDMI connectivity, enabling the camera to be used as a USB webcam or HDMI video source.
The VenusLiv Air uses a 1/1.3-inch, 50 MP CMOS sensor in vertical/portrait orientation with a 25 mm f/1.05 lens to replicate the look of smartphone videos seen across social media sites. The camera offers 4x digital zoom and can also be used in horizontal/landscape orientation. Two tripod sockets allow the camera to be affixed atop a tripod in either orientation. The company's Lark wireless lavalier microphones or any microphone with a 3.5 mm output can be connected to the VenusLiv Air for sound capture.
Artificial intelligence is used to adjust exposure, white balance, color, and skin tone for professional image results, according to Hollyland. Several default image presets are included, and manual controls allow users to create up to 20 custom presets. When paired with the desktop software, a green screen can be used for virtual backgrounds.
The live streaming camera measures 5.3 x 3.8 x 4.0 in. (134 x 97 x 101 mm) and weighs 1.5 lbs. (660 g). The Hollyland VenusLiv Air has an MSRP of $549 and is available from Amazon.
