Hisense is preparing to launching the HT Saturn, a 4.1.2-channel surround sound system for home theater fans. It features 13 speakers, Dolby Atmos, DTS:X and so-called Devialet tuning.

Back in April, Hisense unveiled a new surround sound system called the HT Saturn. At the time, the company said that it would soon be available worldwide. June was mentioned as the launch month for various countries, but it wasn’t available in many European countries thus far. That said, the wait should be almost over, as first online shops have already listed the home theater system.

The official MSRP of the Hisense HT Saturn is €999. For that, buyers get a surround sound system with Dolby Atmos and 4.1.2 channels. A total of 13 speakers are distributed across four satellite units and the subwoofer.

Each satellite is equipped with an up-firing speaker, a tweeter and a full-range speaker. Additionally, there's a subwoofer with a 6.5-inch driver. The result is a 4.1.2-channel surround sound setup with an exclusive "tuned by Devialet" certification, which apparently combines Hisense's advanced Hi-Concerto architecture with Devialet's acoustic technology.

The Hisense HT Saturn can be seamlessly synchronized with compatible Hisense TV speakers. It supports both Dolby Atmos and DTS:X, which should result in a room-filling sound. The Chinese manufacturer further promises impressive 7.1.2-channel 3D sound when all outputs are working together.

The wireless transmission uses 2.4, 5.2 and 5.8GHz frequencies in order to ensure stable connections without much latency. The new Hisense speaker system als supports Bluetooth 5.3, HDMI In, HDMI eARC and optical inputs. Lastly, Hisense's EzPlay function allows users to control the sound system via a regular Hisense TV remote control to adjust volume, sound modes (standard, movie, music, game and sport) and more.
