90.6% HP ZBook Studio G7 Laptop Review - The best mobile workstation thanks to vapor chamber and DreamColor? | Notebookcheck
Almost all manufacturers offer slim workstations, but you usually do not get very powerful GPUs. HP on the other hand equips its ZBook Studio G7 with powerful Quadro RTX GPUs from Nvidia and also puts a very good DreamColor display with the 4K resolution and HDR in the stylish chassis. Is the vapor chamber cooling powerful enough to utilize the full power of the components?

The 3.84 lb / 1.74 kg ZBook Studio has a very attractive attractive MIL STD aluminum unibody chassis, vapor chamber cooling, Thunderbolt 3 and a variety of display options including privacy, 4K OLED and 4K Dream Color wide gamut IPS. It competes with the Lenovo ThinkPad P1, Razer Blade Studio and Advanced, 16” MacBook Pro and the Dell Precision 5550. 85% HP ZBook Studio G7 Workstation Review (Quadro RTX 3000) – The XPS 15 Killer?
Source: Ultrabook Review English
With its solid keyboard, sleek and professional design, good speakers, and ample CPU/GPU performance, the HP ZBook Studio G7 makes a strong showing as a premium workhorse portable notebook that's also capable as a multimedia powerhouse. Still, other than its cost, I have some disappointments with the G7: soldered RAM, the lack of a second NVMe bay, and less-than-robust port selection may give some buyers pause. I'll get in-depth on all of these in this review.

From heavy media editing for creatives to higher-end PC gaming, the HP ZBook Studio G7 can handle a lot of heavy tasks. Despite getting a little too hot on the lap under heavy load and fan that’s pretty loud at peak levels, this is a well rounded laptop that’s stylishly sleek and solidly built.
