Deal | HP Victus gaming laptop with Intel i5-12500H and RTX 4060 is only US$699 at Walmart
Black Friday and Cyber Monday have come and gone with quite a few great deals, but do not fret if you missed those, there will still be nice discounts throughout the next few weeks. Walmart, for instance, has an unbeatable deal for HP’s 15-inch Victus gaming laptop that is currently the most affordable model to feature an Nvidia RTX 4060 dGPU at only US$699.
This low price comes with its compromises though. The processor is an Alder Lake i5-12500H with 4 P-cores boosting to 4.5 GHz and 8 E-cores for a total of 16 threads, which is actually still a decent solution. Furthermore, the 16 GB of RAM is limited to DDR4-3200 speeds and the PCIe 4.0 NVMe storage only comes with 512 GB capacity, while the screen features a 1080p 144 Hz IPS panel with 250 nit brightness and 55% sRGB color gamut.
Besides the RTX 4060 dGPU with 8 GB VRAM, other noteworthy specs include a battery that can last up to 11 hours, HP’s Wide VIsion Camera with AI noise removal, and a decent port selection featuring 1x full option USB-C 3.2 Gen 1, 2x USB-A 3.2 Gen 1, HDMI 2.1 video out, combo audio jack, GbE jack and a full-size SD card reader. There is also wireless connectivity provided through a Wi-Fi + BT 5.3 card. Walmart rounds out the offer with a 1-month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription.
