Not to be confused with the HP Envy 32 Media Display, the HP Envy 32 All-in-One is a fully-featured desktop with high-end hardware and specifications that even iMac users may fancy. HP will offer the system with up to the Core i7-9700 CPU, GeForce RTX 2080 GPU, 1 TB PCIe NVMe SSD, and 32 GB of DDR4-266 RAM across two DIMM slots. It's debatable whether or not multimedia users would even need RTX 2080 graphics, but the option should satisfy most power users who may also want to use the system for gaming.
Of course, the most striking aspect of the Envy 32 AiO will be its 31.5-inch 4K UHD WLED display. HP is promising HDR600 compatibility meaning 600 nits of brightness and 98 percent DCI-P3 color coverage that both multimedia and content creators can appreciate. The display will also have edge-to-edge "anti-reflection" glass, but some glare will still be present especially if viewing from more obtuse angles as shown by the image above.

Beyond the display and internals, the AiO will integrate a pop-up webcam along the top edge and a stand that also doubles as a 15 W Qi charging base. Bass reproduction will be powerful with a roll-off at 65 Hz compared to 250 Hz or greater on most laptops.
Drawbacks include an external power brick as shown by the picture below. Most ports will also be relegated to the rear of the system much like on most TV sets.
The HP Envy 32 AiO is now shipping via Amazon, Best Buy, and the HP online store for a starting price of $1599 USD.
