Xiaomi has introduced the Redmi Note 15 series to the global market, and the international lineup brings five new mid-range phones. Among them are two Pro variants, and both of them come with large batteries.
To be specific, the global Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G features a 6,580 mAh Si/C battery with support for 45 W fast charging. Of course, it's a downgrade when compared to the Chinese variant, which is fitted with a 7,000 mAh battery.
That said, the battery isn't the only aspect that changed on the international variant; the camera setup has also been tweaked. To look back, the Chinese model comes with a 50 MP primary sensor that's paired with an 8 MP ultrawide camera. The global smartphone, on the other hand, keeps the ultrawide sensor but swaps the primary camera with a 200 MP camera.
Both are powered by the Dimensity 7400 Ultra, and they have the same 6.83-inch AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate. As for the Note 15 Pro 4G, it doesn't have a Chinese variant, making it a brand-new entry in the series. It features a large battery as well, with a capacity standing at 6,500 mAh with 45 W fast charging support (140 W Anker Prime charger curr. $64.99 on Amazon).
Under the hood, the 4G model packs the Helio G200 Ultra, and the mid-range phone has a similar camera setup as the 4G smartphone, but with a 32 MP selfie camera instead of a 20 MP front shooter. Display-wise, it has a 6.77-inch AMOLED with an FHD+ resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate. The touch sampling rate is lower than the 5G option, at 240 Hz instead of 480 Hz.
The Redmi Note 15 Pro 4G and 5G are set to be available for pre-orders, with the former having a starting price of €349, while the latter starts at €399. Xiaomi is offering both with a base configuration having 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage.
