Gazelle Avignon C380 HMB LTD comfortable electric bicycle has up to 155 km range
The Gazelle Avignon C380 HMB LTD e-bike is now available. The company claims the Avignon is its most comfortable pedelec and that no incline is too steep for the powerful Bosch Performance Line mid-mounted motor. The engine provides a top speed of 25 kph (~16 mph) and up to 65 Nm torque across four assistance modes: Eco, Tour, Sports and Turbo.
An Enviolo gear hub allows you to shift immediately when travelling or stationary, and the Gates CDX belt drive runs quietly and is easy to maintain. Extra wide tires provide grip and a comfortable experience, and Magura disc brakes help you stay in control. A 625 Wh battery offers up to 155 km (~96 miles) of assisted range on a single charge in Eco mode; in Turbo mode, you can travel with assistance for up to 65 km (~40 miles).
The battery is attached to the Avignon with a separate battery lock to prevent it from being stolen. The vehicle won an iF Design Award 2022 and has a low step-through aluminum frame. The pedelec weighs 28.6 kg (~63.1 lbs), with leather handles and a gel saddle. You can buy the Avignon C380 HMB LTD e-bike for £3,999 (~US$4,796) or €4,499 (~US$4,563). A range of panniers is available to purchase from Gazelle for the bicycle.
