The Garmin Forerunner 945 smartwatch is currently discounted at Amazon. In the US, the black version of the wearable is presently selling for US$338, a US$161 or 32% price cut from the US$499.99 RRP. It is worth noting that various offers on the smartwatch have been available for a while. At the start of August, the wearable was reduced to US$385, with the price dropping by around a dollar a day since then.
The Forerunner 945 LTE is also discounted, with the black model currently selling for US$394.01 rather than US$599.99, a US$205.98 price cut. Plus, at Amazon UK, the Forerunner 945 has had 5% or £20 knocked off the £419.99, allowing you to purchase the gadget for £399.99. None of these deals are available at Garmin’s online store, where the device remains at full price.
The Garmin smartwatch has a 1.2-in (~30.4 mm) diameter screen with a 240 x 240 px resolution. The Forerunner 945’s features include music synced to the wearable, performance metrics, Garmin Pay contactless payments and full-color maps. Plus, the watch has up to 10 hours of battery life in GPS mode with music or can last for up to two weeks with typical use. It is unclear when these Amazon US and Amazon UK deals on the Garmin Forerunner 945 smartwatch will end.
