The fully-loaded 2025 MacBook Air 13 is now available at one of its steepest discounts. The popular configuration with 24GB unified memory and 512GB SSD is currently selling for $1,199 on Amazon, while Apple continues to list the same model at $1,399 on its official store. According to Amazon, more than 1,000 people bought this version last month, highlighting just how in-demand this higher-tier build has become.
This premium build of the MacBook Air 13 is powered by Apple’s new M4 chip, designed to run Apple Intelligence features seamlessly while delivering exceptional performance and efficiency. The laptop features a 13.6-inch Liquid Retina display, a 12 MP Center Stage webcam, Touch ID, and comes in the popular Midnight finish. With 24GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, it goes beyond the entry-level version and offers a much more practical configuration for creative professionals, students, and heavy multitaskers alike.
In our review of the MacBook Air 13 M4, the laptop earned a 91% “Very Good” rating. The verdict praised its fanless, silent operation, bright PWM-free display, and long battery runtimes. Performance-wise, Apple’s M4 SoC outpaced Intel’s Lunar Lake chips and kept pace with Snapdragon competitors in many tests. Downsides such as the 60 Hz display and Apple’s costly SSD upgrades remain, but overall, the Air 13 M4 stands out as one of the best ultraportables available.
With a $200 saving, Amazon’s deal makes this high-spec MacBook Air far more compelling than buying directly from Apple.
