Archive.org versionThere's a lot to like about Fujitsu's Lifebook E558. The VGA and Ethernet ports, removable battery and matte screen are somewhat old-fashioned virtues, but none the worse for that, while the SmartCard option adds a security layer. The chassis could be more robust, audio quality isn't great, and a touchscreen option would be handy. But with starting price of just £663 (ex. VAT) this highly configurable laptop has a lot to recommend it.

Intel UHD Graphics 620: Integrated GPU (GT2, 24 EUs) found on some Kaby-Lake-Refresh CPU models (15 W ULV series). Technically identical to the previous Kaby-Lake GPU called HD Graphics 620.
Modern games should be playable with these graphics cards at low settings and resolutions. Casual gamers may be happy with these cards.

i5-8350U: Kaby-Lake-Refresh based low power quad-core processor. The four cores are clocked between 1.7 and 3.6 GHz (Turbo Boost) and support HyperThreading.
