Fitasy has unveiled the Stride sneakers, utilizing smartphone foot imaging and spatial AI modeling to create 3D-printed shoes. The fully-recyclable triple-lattice design offers improved comfort, with less friction and pressure spots thanks to its custom fit.

Fitasy has unveiled the Stride custom-fit 3D-printed sneakers for men and women.

Every foot is individually scanned in 360 degrees in both relaxed and load-bearing positions. AI and digital light projection are used to create virtual models of the feet, and then a custom 3D shoe model is generated to fit each foot perfectly, according to the company.

Each pair of Strides is 3D-printed in a triple-layer lattice design using fully recyclable polyurethane within a week, eliminating the end-of-life disposal conundrum facing most sneakers that use a mix of recyclable and non-recyclable materials. The resulting shoe provides wearers with a better fit thanks to reduced skin friction and pressure hot spots, says Fitasy.

The company has opened its waiting list and will officially launch the Stride sneakers at CES 2026. Fitasy will begin taking orders for the $195 Stride sneakers in black or white in Spring 2026.
