Funcom has unveiled the official PC system requirements for Dune: Awakening, which is the upcoming survival MMO which launches on May 21. The game will skip Early Access and release as a full 1.0 version with no subscription model.
To run the game at 4K 60 FPS on Ultra settings, players will need an RTX 4070 or RX 7800 XT. For 1440p 60 FPS on High, an RTX 3070 is recommended, while the minimum spec (1080p 30 FPS, Low) requires just an RTX 1060.
One of the most notable things here is that Dune: Awakening will support Nvidia DLSS 4 (including Multi Frame Generation), AMD FSR 4, and Intel XeSS 2, helping optimise performance across a range of hardware. Players can use the free benchmark tool, which is available on Steam, to test performance before launch.
Here’s what the system requirements look like -

Compared to some of the recent AAA releases, Dune: Awakening seems to be slightly less demanding. Plus, support for next-gen upscaling tech will ensure accessibility for both mid-range and high-end PCs. Pre-orders for Dune: Awakening will start later this week, so fans can get the first dibs on it.
