Deal | Dell discounts the G2722HS 27-inch budget gaming monitor by a whopping 46%

Released in early March, 2022, the Dell G2722HS is a budget gaming monitor with a 27-inch FHD IPS panel that provides a blurless experience thanks to the 165 Hz refresh rate and 1 ms GtG response time. Color accuracy and viewing angles are also very good, with values of 99% sRGB and 178 degrees horizontal/vertical. Available for US$199.19 on Newegg, the Dell G2722HS has an estimated value of US$279.99 on Dell US and is currently available for 46% less than that, which translates to US$149.99.

In addition to the technical specs mentioned above, other highlights that need to be mentioned are the typical brightness value of 350 nits, 1000:1 contrast, and 0.3108 mm pixel pitch. The anti-glare screen coating used has a 3H hardness value, so it provides moderate protection from shocks while allowing easy removal of dirt, stains, and fingerprints. The monitor supports adaptive sync technologies from both AMD and NVIDIA, namely FreeSync Premium and G-SYNC.

Connectivity-wise, the Dell G2722HS comes with two HDMI 2.0 ports, a single DP 1.2 port, as well as a headphone out 3.5 mm jack. In addition to these and the power connector, a security lock slot is also present.
