Office Depot is currently offering the 15.6-inch Dell Inspiron 3511 for $370 USD off the original launch price of $899. The deal is notable for its high-end specifications relative to the asking price including Intel's latest 11th gen Core i7 processor, spacious 512 GB NVMe SSD, 1080p IPS (or WVA) display, and 16 GB of RAM. Its Iris Xe GPU in particular allows it to run most popular multiplayer titles like DOTA 2 or Fortnite much more smoothly than other laptops in this same price range.
The main catch is that the Inspiron 3000 series is home to Dell's budget laptops in contrast to the higher-end Inspiron 5000 or 7000 series. Chassis quality and display quality are consequently nowhere near as luxurious despite the model carrying the same Core i7 processor as the latest XPS 13 system. Thunderbolt support is even disabled on the Inspiron 3511 whereas most other laptops with the same CPU support it.
We've yet to review this model and so we can't offer our personal take on the system. Its performance-per-dollar is nonetheless attractive for any budget-conscious buyer.
