Custom gaming laptop company offers Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060, RTX 3070, and RTX 3080 mobile GPU configuration options from €1,699 (US$2,087)
SKIKK is a custom laptop seller based in the Netherlands that has recently started offering highly configurable gaming laptops with Nvidia GeForce 30 Series mobile GPUs. The GeForce RTX 3060, GeForce RTX 3070, and GeForce RTX 3080 are expected to be officially announced in mid-January at Nvidia’s special event during CES 2021.
The Dutch firm is offering eight basic configurations that can be further customized in regard to RAM, operating system, and even thermal paste. The first four options are all Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 with 6 GB GDDR6 choices that differ by display type (size/resolution/refresh rate) and CPU choice: Intel Core i7-10875H or Intel Core i7-10870H. The most expensive base model costs €1,799 (US$2,210).
For a price starting at €1,999 (US$2,456) a Max-Q variant of the Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 with 8 GB GDDR6 RAM can be selected. High-rollers might want to opt for one of the two Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 with 16 GB GDDR6 (Max-Q) options that both retail at €2,599 (US$3,194) and come with a 240 Hz display (15.6-inch or 17.3 inch), i7-10870H, and 16 GB Corsair RAM @2666 MHz.
