Color display without battery or cable: Digital View presents screen with 9 meter wireless power supply
The Digital View ESP6-13 is a screen based on a 13.3-inch E-Ink panel with a 4:3 format and a resolution of 1,600 x 1,200. The device utilizes a modern Spectra 6 panel which, according to E Ink, is able to display particularly colorful images.
The panel is not illuminated and instead reflects ambient light, which not only means that the screen remains legible in direct sunlight, but also that power consumption can be reduced immensely, as E Ink only consumes energy when the screen content is changed. However, the highlight of the new screen from Digital View is not the panel, but the power supply via Wi-Charge AirCord.

Details here
As long as the Wi-Charge base station is within a maximum distance of nine meters, the display can be supplied with power so that a WiFi or Bluetooth connection can be maintained in order to change the screen content wirelessly without ever having to recharge a battery or run a power cable to the display. Alternatively, the display can also be supplied with power via a USB-C cable, whereby the standby consumption of 7 mW is extremely low.
