CMF Buds 2 Plus debut with LDAC support, Hi-Res Wireless Audio, and over 60 hours of battery life

The CMF Buds 2 Plus is one of two pairs of earbuds announced alongside the CMF Phone 2 Pro. It is positioned behind the CMF Buds Pro 2 but above the CMF Buds 2 and the CMF Buds 2a. The Buds 2 Plus, like its siblings, have a stem design and the same clamshell-style case with a dial on top.

Available in Blue and Light Grey, the CMF Buds 2 Plus are rated IP55 for dust and water resistance. They also have six HD microphones with Clear Voice Technology 3.0 and Wind Noise Reduction 3.0, like the Buds Pro 2 and the Buds 2, for crystal-clear calls even in windy environments. In addition, the Buds 2 Plus earbuds have 50dB hybrid active noise cancellation (ANC) with a smart adaptive mode that automatically adjusts the noise cancellation level based on the environment.

CMF says each earbud has a 12mm LCP driver with N52 magnets and high-purity copper for studio-quality sound. The Buds 2 Plus earbuds also have support for LDAC and have a Hi-Res Wireless Audio certification. There's also a personalized audio feature powered by Audiodo that allows users to create a personal audio profile by conducting an auditory test. The earbuds also have support for spatial audio and a low-lag mode for gaming (105ms when connected to a Nothing OS smartphone).

The CMF Buds 2 Plus have a battery life of 14 hours on a single charge with ANC off and a total of 61.5 hours with the case. A 10-minute quick charge will provide 8.5 hours of listening time (with the case). When it goes on sale on May 5, it will cost €59.95. They should also be available in the US like the Buds 2 and Buds Pro 2 (curr. available on Amazon for $59).
