Reviews for the Asus ROG Zephyrus G14 2024 GA403UV
Source: Laptop Mag
The Asus ROG Zephyrus G14 isn’t exactly what I wanted, but it’s the only newest entry into the series that I’d consider buying. I was rather impressed by its OLED display and its long battery life. What ties it all together is that ultraportable design. However, it’s hard to surpass the less-than-stellar gaming performance. Otherwise, the Asus ROG Zephyrus G14 is a perfectly acceptable entry into the G14 series — as long as you don’t mind lowering the graphics a few notches.

R9 8945HS: A powerful Hawk Point family APU. This isn't an entirely new laptop processor; instead, this is a rebadged R9 7940HS (the two are identical in pretty much all regards). The 8945HS features 8 SMT-enabled Zen 4 cores running at 4.0 GHz to 5.2 GHz for a total of 16 processing threads and it also comes with the second generation Ryzen AI technology that aims to overshadow Intel's DL Boost and GNA technologies completely. In terms of the graphics, the top-of-the-line Radeon 780M iGPU is onboard that will make occasional gaming sessions a lot more pleasant.» Further information can be found in our Comparison of Mobile Processsors.

There are hardly any tablets in this display size range anymore. For subnotebooks, on the other hand, it is the standard format.
The advantage of subnotebooks is that the entire laptop can be small and therefore easily portable. The smaller display also has the advantage of requiring less power, which further improves battery life and thus mobility. The disadvantage is that reading texts is more strenuous on the eyes. High resolutions are more likely to be found in standard laptops.

80%: This rating is not earth-shattering. This rating must actually be seen as average, since there are about as many devices with worse ratings as better ones. A purchase recommendation can only be seen with a lot of goodwill, unless it is about websites that generally rate strictly.
