Are these the first live images of the Samsung Galaxy S11?
Update: Ice Universe has provided images of the Galaxy S11 and S11+'s screen protectors. There are a few notable takeaways.
- The edges are at least as curved as the Galaxy Note 10's
- The top and bottom bezels are symmetrical
- The bottom bezel is incredibly slim
- The S11+ is just a bit bigger than the S11, affirming rumors of a 6.9" vs 6.7" setup
Images of the Galaxy S11 phones have been rather elusive. Yes, we have a good idea of what the phones will look like, but there hasn't been anything concrete until now. According to a tweet by Ice Universe, we may actually have the first live images of the Galaxy S11.
Well, the images aren't much of images, we must say. They look like they were taken in in the early 20th century, with a potato. The images do show us the rectangular camera module that we've seen in so many leaks. There appears to be a prominent camera bump too, regardless of the supposed "leak-proof case" the phone is in. So much for being leak-proof. Iffy, just like some claim Samsung's water resistance to be.
There really isn't much to go by with these images. It's important to note that this is said to be the Galaxy S11, not the S11+. The S11+ will likely feature bigger camera sensors.
You'd do well to take this with a pinch of salt. Leaks like these have a history of being sketchy.
