A good number of new free games have already been spotted throughout the first three weeks of April 2025. However, it seems that those weren't the only new releases that the platform has got these days. X account @SteamGamesPC has spotted even more $0 freebies that became available on the platform, and here's more information about the recently discovered free-to-play titles:
- Crazy Cars - described as an action-packed racing game with fast-paced gameplay and vehicular combat. It launched on Steam on April 8.
- Kill the Twister - categorized as a casual title with a self-contained boss fight. This free game has a "Positive" rating with nearly 50 player reviews, and it became available on Steam on April 11.
- Waxweaver - a short RPG game that puts players in a sandbox where they can explore, gather resources, and build. It launched on Steam as a free game on April 11, and currently has a "Very Positive" rating on Steam with over 100 player reviews.
- Pakicetus Redux - said to be a deep-sea action-adventure title with a heavy focus on exploration. It became available on Steam as a free game on April 12.
- Alien Grounds - a sci-fi FPS title that puts players against waves of enemies. This free game became available on Steam on April 8, and it currently has a "Positive" rating with around 15 player reviews.
- Fair and Square - described to be a roguelike platformer with "relentless" waves of enemies. It launched as a free game on Steam on April 8, and it currently holds a "Positive" rating with 10 player reviews.
- Sisyphi - said to be a casual strategy game where two players compete to get their boulder through the finish line. This free-to-play entry became available on Steam on April 8.
