Portability enthusiasts will be pleased to note that the impressively compact 30-watt Anker Nano 3 GaN charger with folding prongs is now available for a substantial discount on Amazon which knocks its price down to its lowest ever at just $12.99.

As the name indicates, portability is the primary selling point for the Anker Nano 3. At just 1.1 × 1.1 × 1.3 inches, the charger is commendably compact, significantly more so than the usual chargers that most companies ship with their products. With a peak output of 30 watts, the Anker Nano 3 is more than enough to quickly juice up smartphones as well as small gadgets such as earbuds, portable speakers, tablets, and even certain thin-and-light laptops such as the MacBook Air, albeit at a slower speed.

As DCW's review of the Anker Nano 3 indicates, there is very little to complain about with the affordable and undeniably tiny GaN charger. The non-US versions ship with a rather bulky plug that does not fold, which is not an issue for the US version with folding prongs. The single USB-C port might put off certain buyers, although that can be forgiven considering the portability first approach for the Anker Nano 3.
