After introducing Lunar Lake versions of the Aspire series at IFA 2025, Acer is now launching refreshed Aspire 14 AI and Aspire 16 AI laptops at CES 2026 powered by the latest Intel Core Ultra 9 300 series Panther Lake-H processors.
The Aspire 14 AI and Aspire 16 AI are Copilot+ PCs powered by the Intel Core Ultra 9 386H with up to 32 GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to a 2 TB M.2 NVMe SSD.
The Aspire 14 AI comes equipped with a 14-inch 16:10 FHD+ display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and 45% NTSC color gamut coverage. Buyers can also opt for touch/non-touch versions of the panel or go the OLED route. The Aspire 16 AI also offers a similar FHD+ display and options but in a 16-inch screen size. The hinges in both laptops allow for a full-flat 180° rotation.
Both these laptops sport a 1080p IR webcam with a physical privacy shutter and a triple-mic array, dual speakers with DTS audio, 2x Thunderbolt 4 ports, 2x USB Type-A ports, HDMI 2.1-out, and a combo audio jack.
Networking needs are handled by a Wi-Fi 6E WLAN card that supports Bluetooth 5.3. Powering the innards in both models is a 65 Whr battery.
Acer is also bundling a suite of on-device AI enhancements with these models. These include Acer Intelligence Space, which acts a personalized AI hub, along with Acer PurifiedVoice, and Acer PurifiedView for improved voice and video clarity during video conferencing. There's also an Acer My Key feature for quick access to shortcuts and real-time Live Captions.
The Acer Aspire 14 AI (A14-171M/T) and the Acer Aspire 16 AI (A16-171M/T) will be available in North America from June or July 2026. Pricing will be disclosed closer to availability.
