The ASUS Zenbook 14 OLED (Q425MA) laptop is currently on sale at Best Buy for a respectable $250 price cut. The machine packs the latest Intel Core Ultra 7 155H Meteor Lake CPU, 16GB of LPDDR5X memory, and a 1 TB PCIe Gen 4 SSD. Combined with the low weight of 1.28 kg, the notebook can be a perfect work/travel companion.

After first recording a $250 discount in April, the 2024 ASUS Zenbook 14 (Q425MA) is back on sale at Best Buy for only $799.99. The laptop which usually retails for $1,049.99 could be a worthy purchase for people who want a sleek productivity machine that can also double as a media consumption device (Buy it now).

The key selling points of the ASUS Zenbook 14 (Q425MA) are the 14-inch 1920x1200 resolution OLED display, the Intel Core Ultra 7 155H CPU, and the aluminum chassis measuring 15 mm thin with 1.28 kg (2.82 lbs) of weight.

Delving a little deeper into the display, the 14-inch OLED panel on the ASUS Zenbook 14 is touch-capable with support for pen input, boasts a resolution of 1200p, and covers 100% of the DCI-P3 gamut. Moreover, the display can shoot up to 400 nits of brightness in SDR and 500 nits in HDR mode. Combined with the characteristic OLED contrast ratio and deep blacks, the Zenbook 14 should make for a solid media consumption and content creation machine.

When it comes to performance, the ASUS Zenbook 14 with its Core Ultra 7 155H CPU and 16 GB of 7467 MT/s RAM should make for a pretty fast machine in day-to-day operations. While our Zenbook 14 review is for a different machine with the model number UX3045, it should give users a pretty good idea about the performance of the Zenbook 14 on sale since both models pack the same Core Ultra 7 155H.

Finally, our Zenbook 14 (UX3045) review device lasted 11 hours and 47 minutes in the Wi-Fi websurfing test. Since the Zenbook 14 (QX425MA) model on sale also features a 75 Wh cell while rocking a lower resolution panel, we can expect a similar or even better battery life.

Long story short, if you are in the market for a compact notebook for daily use, the ASUS Zenbook 14 presents a stellar value proposition at the reduced price.
