The AMD Ryzen 9 5900X features 12 cores, 24 processing threads, and comes unlocked. The stock speed of 3.7 GHz can hit 4.8 GHz on a single core when boosted. This processor supports PCIe 4.0 on X570 and B550 motherboards. The Ryzen 9 5900X also features 70 MB of cache and DDR4-3200 support. The standard TDP is 105 W, but it will increase when overclocked.
