AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT & RX 6800 launch stock expected to be almost as bad as RTX 3080
Although the launch day is close and AMD should have plenty of cards ready to be delivered, recent reports claim that the situation is grim. The launch stocks of both RX 6800 XT and RX 6800 are expected to be very low and, if the rumors are true, the situation should get better only after a few weeks.
The AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT and RX 6800 are scheduled to arrive on November 18, but the Australian retailers who shared the stock situation with Steve from HardwareUnboxed said that the stocks situation is "like RTX 3080 terrible" and the first custom AIB cards will become one week later. Obviously, those cards will also be available in limited numbers, and everything should improve in a few weeks.
When it comes to custom cards based on the reference AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT and non-XT, there are quite a few choices for avid gamers to take into account. The rather long list includes many iconic lineups like the ASUS ROG STRIX, Sapphire NITRO+, PowerColor Red Devil, ASRock Taichi, and so on.
Are you planning to get one of the upcoming Radeon RX 6800 XT or non-XT cards? Which one is your favorite? Feel free to share your thoughts with us in the comments section, as usual.
