Corsair released the Force MP600 Gen4 PCIe SSD lineup in July 2019 as a fast storage solution for desktops and laptops (PlayStation 5 compatibility is not highlighted by Corsair due to the sub-5,500 MB/s sequential read speed, although most similar SSDs that use the M.2 2280 format can be installed in Sony's console) in 500 GB, 1 TB, and 2 TB versions. Now, the 2 TB model, labeled CSSD-F2000GBMP600, is down by 34% on Amazon. This generous discount pushes the US$449.99 list price below US$300. To be more accurate, those interested can now buy the 2 TB Corsair Force MP600 SSD for US$297.99.

This SSD is built using 3D TLC NAND memory and can hit sequential read/write speeds of up to 4,950/4,250 MB/s. The maximum random write/read values (QD32 IOMeter) are 600k/680k IOPS. The Corsair Force MP600 (CSSD-F2000GBMP600) is covered with a 5-year limited warranty and has an endurance rating of 3,600 TBW. It supports 256-bit encryption and works with the SSD Toolbox suite for tasks such as secure erase and firmware updating.

Corsair's discounted PCIe 4.0 SSD mentioned above was succeeded by the faster MP600 Pro LPX, which is optimized for the PlayStation 5 console. At the time of writing, the 2 TB model is at the lowest price in 30 days on Amazon, despite a low discount value of just 9% (US$154.99, down from US$169.99). However, this SSD has a far lower endurance value (1,400 TBW) than its non-Pro LPX sibling.
