Infinix unveils new Bali Concept Flagship Store, combining coffee, technology, and creativity

Infinix has officially opened its first global Bali Flagship Concept Store in Indonesia. The store brings together consumer technology, lifestyle, art, and creative expression in a retail space built around the company’s “Joy Tech” philosophy.
We attended the opening event in Bali to get a closer look at the concept store, which goes beyond conventional retail spaces focused mainly on product sales and displays. The store combines technology and interactive experiences, while Infinix describes its approach as a five-senses experience involving design, coffee, and creative elements.
Coffee adds a more relaxed element to the experience. We also got to try coffee from n_x, Infinix’s self-developed coffee brand, which gives visitors a place to take a break. The robotic-arm installation, curved product displays, and reflective metallic surfaces, accented by blue lighting, give the store a futuristic appearance. You might be wondering why Infinix chose Bali over major markets such as the US or Europe. The company says Bali’s local culture influenced its decision, helping shape the store’s identity and bring its Joy Tech philosophy into everyday experiences.
Furthermore, the store features a broad selection of Infinix devices, including laptops, tablets, smartphones, smartwatches, and wireless earbuds. The XBook 15, the XBook 14 Neo, the XPad 30 Pro, and the XPad Edge are among the products showcased at the location, alongside Infinix’s recently launched smartphones from the Note, Hot, and GT series. The listed models include the Note 60 series, the Hot 70, the Note Edge, and the newly announced GT 50 Pro. According to Infinix, the X element represents opportunities for gaming, music, creative partnerships, and community-driven activities.
Some of the other additions to the display are hair dryers, power banks, an Infinix 45 W GaN charger, a Genie badge, and the ZClip 2 Pro, Xbuds N5, ZClip 2, GT Buds 5, and Xbuds 5 wearables. Furthermore, Infinix says the Bali Concept Flagship Store is an attempt to extend its brand experience beyond the devices themselves. Besides Bali, the brand intends to open five additional flagship stores across Indonesia in 2026, said Sergio Ticoalu, Southeast Asia marketing director of Infinix. All the products mentioned above are now available for sale via the Infinix Bali Flagship Concept Store.
