iQoo India has just unleashed the Neo 10 as its first smartphone with the new Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 SoC. The processor drives a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with the "segment's highest" refresh rate and peak brightness. It can be pre-booked on Amazon from now with introductory discounts and a free gift.

iQoo asserts that it brings a number of new record highs to the sub-INR 39,999 tier of the Android smartphone in the form of the Neo 10.

They include what might be its best performance thanks to the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 SoC, touted to deliver up to 31% more CPU power and 49% more GPU power compared to its predecessor (as found in the Neo 10R).

The Neo 10 is also touted as the thinnest smartphone to be found in India with its class-leading 7,000mAh battery, which also has the brand's fastest charging at 120 watts (W).

It is also backed to have the brightest display at its price - even if that is because the Neo 10 is in fact the Z10 Turbo Pro re-branded for the Indian market.

It comes in a choice of Titanium Chrome or Inferno Red, the latter of which is another version of the two-toned Raging Blue finish of the 10R.

The Neo 10 is slated to start at INR 31,999 for 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, although it comes with a discount of up to INR 2,000 and a free pair of iQoo TWS 1e earbuds.

That offer can be secured by pre-booking the smartphone via Amazon, which entails a deposit of INR 999.
