iQoo is reportedly developing a compact flagship smartphone called the iQoo 15 Mini. A leak has now revealed key information about the upcoming device.
According to Digital Chat Station on Weibo, the iQoo 15 Mini may feature a screen size of around 6.31 inches. An earlier leak suggested that the phone will utilize a flat display.
The tipster stated that the phone was previously expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 chipset. Meanwhile, the company is now considering using the Dimensity 9500+ chipset instead.
For those unaware, the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 is expected to be the next-gen flagship processor from Qualcomm. It is expected to be released in late September and may power high-end phones, including the OnePlus 15 and iQoo 15. On the other hand, the Dimensity 9500 is MediaTek’s upcoming chipset, and the Dimensity 9500+ is expected to be its overclocked version, similar to the Dimensity 9400 series, where the standard 9400 launched first, followed by the Dimensity 9400+.
A previous leak revealed that the iQoo 15 Mini will come with a 7,000mAh battery. For reference, other compact phones like the OnePlus 13T and Vivo X200 Pro Mini have 6,260mAh and 5,700mAh batteries, respectively. The iQoo 15 Mini is tipped to launch in the first half of 2026.
It should be noted that iQoo has not shared any official details regarding the iQoo 15 Mini, so the above information should be taken with a pinch of salt.
