The Vivo S30 Pro Mini is currently one of the most compact flagships on the market. It has a 6.31-inch LTPO AMOLED panel, making the smartphone similar in size to an Apple iPhone 16 Pro. The display delivers a refresh rate of 120 Hz, 1.5K resolution and a HDR peak brightness of 5,000 nits.
The 7.99-millimeter-thin, 186-gram casing is IP68 and IP69 certified, making it waterproof. Despite its relatively compact design, Vivo has managed to squeeze in a gigantic 6,500 mAh battery, which can be charged via USB-C with up to 90 watts. Vivo also makes few compromises in terms of cameras, as the S30 Pro Mini has a 50 MP selfie camera, a 50 MP main camera with a 1/1.56 inch sensor and OIS, and a 50 MP f/2.65 periscope telephoto camera with a 1/1.95 inch sensor and triple optical zoom.
Vivo only cuts back a little on the ultra-wide-angle camera, installing an 8 MP sensor. Thanks to the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+, the Vivo S30 Pro Mini provides performance comparable to a 2024 flagship. A vapor chamber cooling system is intended to ensure consistently solid performance under sustained load. An infrared blaster, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, an NFC chip and Origin OS 5 complete the features of the Vivo S30 Pro Mini.
