Vivo's upcoming OnePlus 13s killer is now headed for an imminent debut in Taiwan - and for a launch event for its Indian edition thereafter. The premium mid-range Android smartphone is thought to bring its compact Zeiss Master Colour Display, 50MP periscope zoom lens and performance-focused SoC to more markets on both occasions.

The X200 FE was initially rumored to launch as the Vivo S30 Pro Mini for the Indian market - yet is now to be made official in Taiwan instead in less than 24 hours from now.

The new smartphone will also be released in Malaysia as the OEM's new "one-handed perfect photo machine".

That tacit announcement that the FE will have the Zeiss branding missing from the S30 Pro Mini is joined by indications that it will have at least 1 12GB RAM/512GB storage configuration, although it will have the same black, yellow, pink and pale blue color options as its Chinese-market edition.

It is also said to have the same Dimensity 9300+ SoC to drive its Zeiss Master Colour Display, which is around the same size as that of the higher-end OnePlus 13s.

The X200 FE is now believed to challenge that smartphone in its own stomping ground of India during the third week of July 2025, alongside the new X Fold5 flagship. Hopefully, it will be able to bring the full impact of its unusually large 6,500mAh battery with it, if so.
