Multiple leaks discussed a fifth Vivo X200 series smartphone launching soon. The Vivo X200 FE would serve as a lower-cost alternative to the trio, and thus come with weaker hardware than the lot. A new Geekbench listing confirms it will come with a last-gen MediaTek SoC.
The Vivo X200 FE (Vivo V2503) scores 2,087 and 6,808 in Geekbench 6.4's single and multicore tests. It has 12 GB RAM and is running Android 15. Based on its CPU core configuration (1x prime core at 3.4 GHz, 3x P-cores at 2.85 GHz, 4x E-cores at 2.0 GHz) suggests it could be one of two chips: MediaTek Dimensity 9400e or Dimensity 9300+.
A cursory glance at its motherboard ID (k6989v1_64) confirms it is the Dimensity 9300+ because the Dimensity 9400e has a slightly different identifier (k6989v2_64). Geekbench's back-end confirms the presence of an Arm Immortalis-G720 MP12 GPU.
The Vivo X200 FE is slated to arrive with a 120 Hz 6.31-inch LTPO OLED display, a 50 MP wide-angle lens, a 50 MP telephoto lens, an 8 MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 50 MP selfie camera. Vivo is expected to launch the smartphone in India soon.
