Viofo has introduced a new dash cam globally. The 4K dash cam is powered by the Sony IMX675 sensor based on the Sony Starvis 2 technology. It features a triple-channel recording (4K front + 2K rear + 2K infrared cabin camera), HDR, hybrid recording modes, low-power impact detection, smart voice control, and Wi-Fi 6 connectivity.

Viofo has unveiled a new A329S 3CH dash cam in global markets. The A329S 3CH dash cam comes with a three-channel camera system, including a 2K infrared fisheye cabin, a 4K front, and a 2K rear camera. The front camera is powered by an 8 MP Sony IMX675 sensor, while the rear and interior cameras feature a 5 MP Sony IMX675 sensor. All three cameras are equipped with Sony’s newest Starvis 2 tech, said to enhance low-light performance while reducing noise and expanding dynamic range.

Speaking about video resolution, the front camera is rated to get a resolution of up to 4K/60 fps, while the rear and cabin cameras offer up to 2K/30 fps resolution, respectively. All three cameras are touted to capture sharp, reliable footage even at high speed. The A329S 3CH dash cam is packed with a wide range of features, including a triple-channel recording, 3-channel HDR for detail clarity in both dark and bright conditions, parking mode, hybrid-recording modes, vehicle battery protection, low power impact detection, and super night vision.

Furthermore, the dash cam also features a GPS logger, which enables several features such as live route tracking and Find My Car. There’s also a 2.4-inch LCD display, which allows users to switch the view between the front, cabin, and rear view cameras. Plus, it also has a multi-video layout feature, meaning you can view up to three channels simultaneously.

Moreover, it has Viofo companion app support, allowing users to further tweak the dash cam’s settings, share live location, and download the video footage. Needless to say, you can also control the car surveillance system via voice command. Other features include loop recording, emergency lock, Wi-Fi 6 connectivity for high-speed transfers, and a circular polarizing lens that cuts windshield glare and boosts clarity and contrast.

Right now, the Viofo A329S 3CH dash cam standard edition is available for pre-order via Viofo’s official website for $359.99, with shipping beginning on 26th May. Additionally, the company is offering a free 256 GB memory card and $30 off for those customers who are pre-ordering the dashcam.
