The Xiaomi Mi 10 and 10 Pro are already available on the Chinese smartphone market. Now, the OEM has announced an international launch event for these flagships. In addition, a new rumor hints at an upcoming addition to their series with a bigger screen.

The Mi 10 and 10 Pro is on a very short list of Samsung Galaxy S20 series competitors thus far in 2020. However, they are only available in their home market - for now. Their maker Xiaomi has announced a "new product launch" via its international Twitter account. Given that the post in question included the hashtag #Mi10, it is a safe bet that the event will unveil this variant, at least.

The OEM did not mention a venue in connection with this event, but does indicate that it can be viewed on Twitter, Facebook or YouTube from 15:00 CET. Therefore, it is probably a virtual launch, as with that for the new OPPO Find X2 series and the upcoming Vivo Nex 3S 5G.

In other Mi 10 news, the prolific Weibo tipster Digital Chat Station has posted on the subject of the Mi 10S. This putative future variant of Xiaomi's latest flagship line is said to have a larger screen compared to the 6.67-inch displays found in the current devices.
