The MSI Raider GE67 330 W AC adapter is so fat that it's heavier than some 15-inch laptops
The MSI GE67 succeeds the older GE66 by introducing new Intel 12th gen HX CPUs. Their overall chassis designs are otherwise largely the same even down to their physical dimensions. There is, however, one important difference between the two models that potential buyers ought to be aware of.
Unlike the GE66 which ships with a 280 W AC adapter, the GE67 instead ships with a 330 W AC adapter due to the faster and more demanding CPU. The higher capacity adapter is noticeably larger (~20 x 9.8 x 4.3 cm) and heavier (1.3 kg) than the older 280 W AC adapter and most other adapters for that matter. In fact, there are even full-fledged 15-inch laptops that weigh less than the GE67 adapter such as the LG Gram 15 (1.1 kg) or Samsung Galaxy Book Ion 15 (1.2 kg). If you intend to travel a lot with your GE67, then be prepared to make room in your bag for that massive power brick.
To make matters worse, the GE67 does not have the option to charge via USB-C unlike on the latest gaming models from Alienware, Asus, or Razer. USB-C chargers would charge more slowly than with the 330 W adapter, of course, but the option would have been nice since USB-C chargers are typically smaller and more travel-friendly. In other words, you're going to have to lug around the oversized power brick with the GE67 everywhere you go as it is the only way to charge the model.
