The Last of Us: A new collector's edition has been announced, and you're going to love it

The Last of Us universe is full of all kinds of collectibles, such as statues and video games like The Last of Us Complete Collector's Edition. This edition includes both games in remastered versions, the Left Behind DLC, the American Dreams comics, four lithographs of Ellie, Abby, and Joel, a thank-you letter from Neil Druckmann, a cardboard box with the steelbook, and will be released on July 10.

But recently, Dark Horse Direct has unveiled a new collector's item featuring Joel in good company. Holding his rifle in his hand, he is depicted alongside Ellie on her horse. On this subject, the Dark Horse Direct website states:

This premium collectible captures the duo during a quiet but pivotal moment from The Last of Us Part I, as Ellie and Joel venture into the University of Eastern Colorado. Every detail has been brought to life with exceptional craftsmanship by Substance Modelworks, portraying this beautiful moment with in-game accuracy. Ellie rides atop Callus, wearing her signature striped hoodie and backpack complete with her iconic pins. Callus is brought to life with stunning details from the worn saddle to the reins, to even the branded “J” on their leg from Jackson County. Joel walks alongside them, grounded in his rugged gear, rifle gripped in hand and pistol secure in his holster.

It is worth noting the dimensions of this statuette. The premium statuette “The Last of Us: Joel & Ellie on Horseback” is quite imposing, measuring 330.2 mm high, 323.85 mm long, and 304.8 mm wide.
