Many people regard Tesla as an automaker and not as a fashion accessories manufacturer. The company, however, has added a trucker cap inspired by its self-driving cab to its wares.
The Cybercab Trucker Hat is now available for order on Tesla's online store for $40. According to the listing, the face cap celebrates the unveiling of the two-seater autonomous taxi cab. Emblazoned on the front in gold is Cybercab, in a style reminiscent of Tesla's Robotaxis in Austin, Texas.
The Cybercab Trucker Hat is made from 97% cotton and 3% elastane. The back is entirely from breathable mesh and can be adjusted to fit with a snapback closure.
Here is the full item description:
"Inspired by the Cybercab unveil, this trucker hat features a raised Cybercab wordmark color-matched to the vehicle's gold exterior on the front, an adjustable snapback closure on the back and a breathable mesh backing. Made from 97% cotton and 3% elastane."
While some people might say it is nothing more than a branded trucker cap, the Cybercab Trucker Hat allows fans of Tesla or the CEO Elon Musk to own a piece of the company without shelling out thousands of dollars. It could also help generate more hype for Tesla's new autonomous ride-hailing business, which recently launched.
For buyers wanting to immerse themselves fully in Tesla fashion, the EV maker is selling the Men's Cybercab Tee for $40, featuring the same gold Cybercab lettering.
