The cat's out of the bag for the POCO M4 Pro 5G and its origins. Leaked marketing assets and a hands-on image have confirmed that the POCO M4 Pro 5G is nothing more than the Redmi Note 11 in a different outfit. Accordingly, the POCO M4 Pro 5G will have a Dimensity 810 SoC, a 90 Hz display and a 5,000 mAh battery, among other hardware.

POCO continues to tease the POCO M4 Pro 5G on its social media channels ahead of the device's November 9 reveal. However, MIUI code has already confirmed that the POCO M4 Pro 5G is nothing more than a re-branded Redmi Note 11, which Xiaomi announced last month in China.

Now, marketing assets and a hands-on photo of the POCO M4 Pro 5G have leaked. As expected, the POCO M4 Pro 5G is a Redmi Note 11 in all but name, with the same design and camera layout. Accordingly, POCO's next handset has a 50 MP primary camera supported by an 8 MP ultra-wide. Nonetheless, Xiaomi and POCO have sought to make the POCO M4 Pro 5G appear to have five rear-facing cameras.

For some reason, POCO continues to think it is a good idea to include 'POCO DESIGNED BY POCO' in huge letters on its devices, even if it looks slightly smaller in the below hands-on image. The POCO M4 Pro will also feature a 90 Hz display, a MediaTek Dimensity 810 SoC and a 5,000 mAh battery. The device should be available with at least 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage, too.
