The OnePlus 13T was released earlier this year in China. It was a compact flagship smartphone featuring the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. Now, a new leak has surfaced online revealing details of its successor, the OnePlus 15T.
OnePlus is currently preparing to release its flagship smartphone: the OnePlus 15. The device is expected to be introduced in China in October. Regarding the compact OnePlus 15T, a prominent leaker, Smart Pikachu on Weibo, claims that it will feature a 6.3-inch screen. The smartphone is tipped to have a metal frame. Additionally, it may feature a customizable side button similar to its predecessor.
The OnePlus 15T is expected to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor. This is Qualcomm's latest flagship chipset and will also power the standard OnePlus 15. The phone will feature an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner and a battery of over 7,000mAh.
The leaker also suggests that the OnePlus 15T will be released between March and April next year. However, this refers to the Chinese launch window. For the markets outside China, the phone may be rebranded as the OnePlus 15s. For context, the OnePlus 13T launched in China in April and was later released as the OnePlus 13s in June for the global market.
